We guide you through the OB application process, prepare drawings, documents,

certifications, and submit your Building Permit.

We offer costing spreadsheets, selection-pre start, and connect you with suppliers-trades as needed.

Additionally, we design, manufacture, and deliver our own steel framing.

* OB online course relevant to WA (link below)

(30 min multiple choice)

* Architectural working drawings & Certified Structural engineering

* Once all documents above are complete, apply online (link below) FORM 75 Owner Builder approval
